Friday Pep Talk Time!
In today’s pep talk we are talking about gentle nutrition and giving some tips on how to make implementing it easier.
- Start basic and do a reflection first. Identify areas to start with!
- Focus on feeling the different (compare/contrast not implementing and implementing it)
- Use different foods than you associate with dieting
- Plan ahead
